Job Description/Responsibilities -Design, prepare, calculate & distribute Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Key Performance Indicators (KPI) performance files & dashboards for different departments. -Retrieve data, prepare & distribute SLA reporting files for all banks -Create or update documentation of procedures (SOPs) Standard Operating Procedures & Desk Procedures (DPs) -Update Business Continuity Planning documentations -Prepare and send special client request for edited reports -Prepare & Analyze by branch operational analysis for process improvement planning -Prepare & Analyse by Branch daily/weekly dashboards -Prepare & Analyse ATM Uptime performance by Bank, CIT Performance and identify affected clients, and Deposit Processing & Cash Processing activities to minimize errors and late transmittals. -Any other duties assigned by the manager

Job Requirements

ob Requirements - Associate’s degree or equivalent of same of 2 years minimum experience. - Certified or Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. - Knowledge of Power BI - Minimum 2 Year experience in data analytics - Experience in fast pace environment. - Individual must be adaptable to changes. - Ability to work independently in a team oriented environment. - Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. - Must be able to analyze and proactively initiate process improvement management.
